23365N Head of Fundraising This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Tasked with championing and delivering the strategy, increasing major gifts from individuals, corporates, and trusts and foundations. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors, prospects, and key stakeholders. Manage a personal portfolio of major gift prospects, researching and preparing bespoke proposals. Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to the Director of Development. Attend regular networking events and onsite visits to meet with prospects and donors.
