We are particularly keen to appoint an individual with a well-established track record of excellent GSCE and A Level results over a sustained period. The Geography department regularly achieves 25% of A Level grades at A/A* and 15% of GCSE grades at 8/9. The ideal candidate will have the skills and enthusiasm to maintain and improve on these averages.
