Who We re Looking For: We re seeking an experienced leader with: A background in fleet management, car rental, contract hire, or similar operational roles. Excellent people management abilities. Exceptional understanding of management systems, dashboard reporting, and data-driven tools. Proven expertise in project management and operational transformation. Financial acumen, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyse management accounts and performance data. A passion for driving excellence across multi-faceted central service functions.
