Company Description Job Description This is a key role in driving financial transformation through continuous improvement initiatives across the Global FP&A function, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for Rotork's Group Finance function. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Head of FP&A will be responsible for developing efficient and effective processes as well as generating insights and analysis to assess performance against our Growth+ strategy. In this role, you will develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making. You will lead a small high-performing Group FP&A team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to maximize your team's potential. This role would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant who has previous experience managing an FP&A software implementation and is looking for an excellent opportunity to further their career within a global organization. Qualifications Experience Requirements: Must be a Qualified Accountant Experience managing an FP&A implementation project (ideally OneStream) Knowledge of Power BI and OLAP Cube Experience working within a global or matrix organization The Successful Candidate: Excellent project management and organizational skills Highly analytical Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Performance-driven and change-focused Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across many industries worldwide.
