Company Description Job Description This is a key role in driving financial transformation through continuous improvement initiatives across the Global FP&A function, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for Rotork's Group Finance function. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Head of FP&A will be responsible for developing efficient and effective processes as well as generating insights and analysis to assess performance against our Growth+ strategy. In this role, you will develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making. You will lead a small high-performing Group FP&A team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to maximize your team's potential. This role would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant who has previous experience managing an FP&A software implementation and is looking for an excellent opportunity to further their career within a global organization.
