We’re looking for a Head of Group Reward and Performance, to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent. In this brand-new role, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of our organisation's reward and performance strategies. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates our global workforce. Oversee salary reviews, budgeting, and benefits administration to ensure competitive compensation and compliance. Collaborate with regional teams to promote global consistency and efficiency in reward and performance practices. Design and manage performance management systems to drive high performance and achieve organizational goals. Conduct in-depth analysis of reward and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all reward and performance initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a senior reward and performance role. Strong understanding of various reward models and performance management frameworks. Expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management and organisational skills. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Desirable: Experience in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential. The ability to navigate organisational change and lead through transitions. Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights from complex data sets. Experience working in a multinational environment and understanding of cultural nuances. Benefits: Hybrid working. Discretionary company bonus. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
