Role Description: The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive growth across Scede’s three lines of business, core customer verticals, and geographies. In partnership with the Scede management team and practitioners, this role will identify opportunities for market expansion, craft compelling value propositions, and implement go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business results. This position calls for a marketing leader with a proven track record in mid-market B2B growth marketing, strong strategic and operational capabilities, and the ability to work independently while managing external marketing service providers. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Scede’s marketing efforts contribute directly to achieving commercial success. Role Objectives

Develop and deliver a data-driven growth marketing strategy aligned with Scede’s business goals. Elevate brand awareness and position Scede as a leader in talent acquisition and people operations consulting. Design and execute online and offline content, campaigns, and events that effectively target key customer segments. Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies and compelling value propositions. Drive measurable business outcomes, including increased market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee the design, development, and production of a new website. Identify, source, and manage marketing technology to support automation and funnel optimisation. Role Responsibilities

Define and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with Scede’s target audience. Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, across digital and offline channels. Manage external service providers to deliver on marketing objectives. Partner with colleagues to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints. Monitor and analyse web stats and campaign performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team. Own the marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with business priorities and delivers ROI. Skills Required

Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly within the B2B space. Proven experience within talent acquisition or people operations industries. Exceptional strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions. Expertise in designing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Experience working independently and managing external service providers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with content management, CRM, and marketing automation; knowledge of Wordpress and HubSpot CRM is a plus. Why Join Us?
