Head of Hard FM and Projects - NHS PFI - Portsmouth
- Salary to £95k plus package.
A truly fantastic opportunity to lead the Hard FM and Projects delivery across a large acute healthcare site in Portsmouth. For this senior level, strategic role, you will be a skilled relationship and people manager, able to take a holistic overview of the service delivery and continue the great work of the previous incumbent who has decided to take a role closer to home.
A large percentage of this role is stakeholder and client management between the Trust and the SPV. You will be supported by a strong management team underneath this role including a Head of Estates, HR, H&S, Finance and Projects, and you must be a skilled negotiator and confident enough to stand your ground where appropriate.
Operational budget is £11m with Lifecycle and variation projects being £2m last year but expect to be £7m this year, potentially £10m next year. You will oversee 3 Senior PM's, control the project plan, and consistently review.
This role has a potential route to progression available to Account Director in two years.
15 years left on the contract and this role requires 5 days a week on site.
