Be a Kiwa Ambassador, embodying ambition, reliability, and engagement. Lead and implement a comprehensive H&S strategy aligned with organisational goals. Foster a proactive, safety-first culture across all levels of the organisation. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international H&S regulations. Drive risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential hazards. Provide leadership and training to equip teams with effective H&S practices. Collaborate with global colleagues to align UK H&S practices with group strategies. Oversee H&S training programs to enhance awareness and capabilities. Investigate incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences. Report on H&S performance, including key metrics and progress on improvement actions. Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to maintain compliance and best practices. Responsibilities:

Recognised professional in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. Proven experience in a senior H&S role, ideally in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Leadership experience managing large-scale H&S programs across multiple sites. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive a safety-first culture. Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and compliance. Strong planning, organisational, and project management abilities. Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges. Experienced in balancing customer, employee, and shareholder needs. Willing to travel frequently as needed. Flexible, reliable, and results-oriented team player. Qualifications:
