You will spend your time leading and managing Health and Safety and property safety & compliance for the client.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing Health & Safety and Property Safety Ensuring full compliance through the safety framework Leading the Health & Safety and compliance teams Managing various assets including fire, gas, electrical & asbestos Overseeing key safety projects
The candidate: Housing Management level 5 qualification required Appropriate academic qualification (HNC, Degree, NEBOSH, Building Safety/Compliance Qualifications) Strong knowledge of current best practice in property safety and able to keep up to date with evolving and changing good practice Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week 09:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility if needed. There is also a hybrid option with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
