Job Title: Head of Heritage - Cambridge/London
Our client is a multi-disciplined firm of property and agribusiness consultants offering property services and consultancy in the U.K. They have 13 offices throughout the U.K, 9 of which are located in England and 4 in Scotland. Property Week ranks them in its Top 20 Property Consultants, making it the largest independent property consultancy outside London. They are currently looking for a Head of Heritage to lead the team. The Heritage team provides a comprehensive service to a range of public and private clients. It provides heritage advice to developers and landowners by way of appraisals and statements, planning applications, and appeals within the residential, commercial, retail and rural sectors. You will be responsible for the strategic development, longer term business planning and growth of the division. You will also be responsible for the leadership and development of the team members across Cambridge, London and Oxford. Business development is a key part to this role as well as maintaining and developing the current Heritage client base. This is an exciting new opportunity with an excellent firm.
