About the Role As the Head of Housing Needs and Inclusion, you will lead our efforts in housing, homelessness prevention, and support for asylum seekers and refugees. This role places you at the heart of delivering preventative strategies and services for residents facing housing challenges. In addition, you will oversee the development of our Adults and Health First Contact Hub, ensuring residents receive timely and appropriate social care support through approaches such as social prescribing and community connection initiatives, combined social care offers, and close work with our local voluntary sector. You will work closely with established teams to build on their strengths while introducing new ideas and approaches to ensure our services are inclusive and resilient. Wider experience in the area of social care would be beneficial.
