As the Head of Housing Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across Tenancy Management, Independent Living, and Income and Leasehold functions, playing a decisive role in implementing key housing strategies and driving service improvements. In this role, you will manage a £40m rent roll, oversee key contracts, and collaborate with partners to enhance service delivery. Your strategic insight will support our Housing Transformation Programme, embracing digital solutions to streamline processes and improve resident experiences.
We seek a seasoned housing professional with a Level 5 qualification in Housing or equivalent, extensive experience in housing management, and a track record of leading teams and managing budgets. Your expertise in income management, tenancy management, and policy development will be crucial.
