£70,000 Key Purpose of the Role We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee all housing services and day to day repairs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred, and value-for-money services for supported housing. As a key member of United Response’s Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping organisational strategy while supporting Directors and Trustees. Flexibility and a willingness to travel nationwide are essential. Essential Criteria To succeed in this role, you must have: Experience

in working for a social housing provideror local authority Proven

leadership

of housing management services and repairs teams. Expertise in

budget management

for housing services. A strong track record of leading

high-performing teams . Demonstrated success in managing, supporting, and driving

change and continuous improvement . The ability to establish and maintain

effective stakeholder relationships . Experience contributing to

corporate management

and business development, delivering efficient outcomes. A

values-based leadership

style that fosters trust, open communication, and innovation. A strong sense of

integrity and probity . The ability to work effectively as part of a
