This role line manages 4 HR Business Partners and leads the HR Operational Team. It is the lead for driving forward the strategic HR Business Partnering model of HR provision and is responsible for the advice, support and guidance provided by the Team through the deployment of enabling policies and processes. Previous HR role within employee relations/business partnering in a large complex organisation Experience of change management programs including restructures, redundancy and TUPE transfers Employer certification / accreditation badges
