Head of HR Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a leading, multi-site and exponentially growing manufacturing organisation based in County Fermanagh in the recruitment of a Head of HR. As Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to showcase your recruitment expertise in attracting and recruiting prospective candidates across several geographic locations. In addition, you will develop the company's training and development programmes and become involved in business improvement initiatives. As a result, you will benefit from a condensed 4 day week, receive an attractive base salary and bonus. What will you do as Head of HR? As The Head of HR you will have the ability to exercise full autonomy for all company HR duties including; Developing the organisation's talent management strategy for implementation throughout the organisation Manage the training and development programmes to satisfy business requirements Creating and implementing a complete people strategy Lead on continuous improvement initiatives Undertake operational HR duties in running the HR function and provide support to the HR Officer Full Job Specification Available Upon Request What will you receive as Head of HR? £ based upon level of experience 10% bonus Enhanced annual leave 4 day working week- (Monday- Thursday) Private Medical Insurance Pension contributions What will you require as Head of HR? Experienced in developing talent management strategies and Training/Development Programmes Proficient in leading and managing recruitment and HR departments Ideally some TUPE, Acquisitions experience or worked within a exponentially growing firm Achieved CIPD Qualification Obtained Postgraduate Degree in HR or a similar discipline How to apply to this Head of HR position?
