Head of Humanities Faculty, start date September 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Promote, support and contribute to the vision and values of the school and Trust. Lead and mentor a team of Humanities teachers, implementing strategies to raise student attainment. Undertake quality assurance activities for core aspects. Be accountable for the direction, achievement, resources and outcomes of the faculty. Maintain efficient and effective resource management of both staff deployment and budgets within the faculty. Participate in leadership activities to enhance provision both within own faculty and wider areas for the overall development of the school. Position Details: A permanent, full-time role. Salary upon appointment MPS/UPS + TLR 1a (£9,782). Access to wellbeing support, physio, counselling and GP services. Discounted gym membership.
