The Head of IAM at JD Sports is responsible for leading the end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, encompassing Design, Implementation, and Operations. This role is critical to establishing a scalable, cost-effective IAM capability that aligns with JD Sports' cybersecurity and business objectives. The Head of IAM will build and lead a specialised team and collaborate with external systems integrators and managed service providers to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operations.

What You'll Be Doing: As the Head of IAM,

you'll

be doing the following: Oversee the entirety of IAM, including design, implementation, and operations of IAM solutions across JD Sports. Execute the IAM strategy to support JD Sports' business and cybersecurity objectives, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals. Design IAM solutions that meet JD Sports' security and business requirements, focusing on identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO), and multifactor authentication (MFA). Collaborate with a systems integrator (SI) and the IT function to ensure the successful implementation of IAM technologies, leveraging significant external expertise to deliver change at pace.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with cloud-based IAM technologies (Azure, AWS) and understanding of DevSecOps integration. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks to streamline IAM processes and operations. Good knowledge of key IAM technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, and MFA solutions, and experience in integrating these technologies with cloud and on-premise systems. Ability to manage identity-related risks, including privileged access, third-party access, and data protection, in line with GDPR, PCI-DSS and other regulatory requirements. Develop and track key IAM metrics, including the reduction of identity-related incidents, streamlined access management processes, and improved user satisfaction with IAM services.
