We also have a office in London and co-working spaces in Reading (UK), Austin (US), Melbourne (ANZ). This is a Remote-First role based in the UK. You have a choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you. You will report into the VP Customer Success, Willem Torfs, and work in a team with Jasper van Dessel and all of our other very talented team lead members. Your Role You will lead a team in the charge in standardizing our delivery processes, optimizing team performance, and driving innovation to consistently exceed client expectations. Your mission is to elevate our delivery standards, reduce time to value, and ensure our teams are equipped and aligned to deliver outstanding results. What You'll Do in Your First 6 - 12 Months Own Team Performance & Growth: Take full accountability for the delivery team’s performance and development, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Lead efforts in team growth by overseeing hiring, training, and career development, empowering team members to succeed.

Strategically optimise team allocation to enhance delivery efficiency and support sustainable profitability.

Standardise & Streamline Delivery for the UK Market: Establish a consistent, scalable delivery framework that ensures smooth execution across all projects, with a focus on our core pricing product.

Play an instrumental role in reducing the time to value from 12 months to 6 months by refining processes and improving delivery methodologies.

Create a repeatable, results-driven approach that guarantees impactful outcomes for both clients and the company, emphasising rapid value delivery.

What You'll Need Proven Experience in Large-Scale SaaS Delivery:

You’ve led, sold, and delivered large-scale SaaS projects (£250k+), ideally within a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.

Collaborative Team Leadership:

A strong background in leading and inspiring high-performing teams, with a focus on empowering individuals and driving collective success.

Financial & Resource Management Expertise:

Strong financial acumen, experienced in budgeting, resource optimisation, and margin management to support team efficiency and project profitability.

Mastery of Standardised Delivery Processes:

Extensive experience in project and delivery management, with a focus on creating consistent, scalable methodologies for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

A strategic thinker who prioritises customer experience, ensuring all delivery efforts align with creating exceptional client value; Willingness to embrace opportunities for travel and cross-cultural collaboration to maintain strong alignment across regions and client bases.
