Lead and nurture the existing UK Inbound Sales team. Launch new Sales motions that can use similar capabilities, such as outbound telesales and growth account management/upsells to existing merchants via telephone sales. Identify the main priorities of the Sales team in line with the Sales Budget/Plan and take over the execution. Define and implement key strategic initiatives to accelerate growth while improving efficiency. Analyse, structure and optimise tools, internal processes and the productivity of the sales teams. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired merchants and retention of existing merchants. You'll be great for this position if
You have a Commercial background and Leadership experience, developing teams and navigating through change in large sales organisations. You have experience in SMEs related industries such as payments, hospitality, travel, etc. You have great analytical skills and strong business acumen.
