You will drive the integration of recent acquisition, Talentino, oversee the AI Careers Platform, and develop new market opportunities that expand our impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is at the forefront of transforming careers, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing long-term organisational sustainability. This is a remote role covering a national remit and therefore successful candidates will need to be flexible to travel nationwide when required. As the Head of Inclusive Careers, your leadership will be pivotal in delivering high-impact strategies that enhance career pathways for underserved communities. You will drive performance excellence across quality, sales, margins, sustainability, and employee engagement while leading transformational projects that shape the future of our organisation. Strategic Leadership & Growth:

Lead integration of Talentino - Ensure full operational and strategic alignment by 2025/26. Launch & scale the AI Careers Platform - Drive market introduction and future evolution. Expand market opportunities - Develop subscription models and local authority career services. Ensure financial excellence - Oversee sales, margins, and EBITDA to support long-term sustainability. Drive external thought leadership - Represent Get Set UK through public speaking, publishing, and strategic partnerships. Operational Excellence & Innovation:

Develop inclusive career strategies - Align services with changing industry trends and needs. Oversee performance metrics - Manage quality, compliance, and sales KPIs to meet organisational targets. Strengthen employer engagement - Build and maintain relationships with partners, training providers, and policymakers. Champion workforce development - Expand and empower a high-performing team that drives impact. Transforming Community Impact:

Enhance career accessibility - Shape services that support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including SEND and disadvantaged groups. Spearhead AI-driven solutions - Use technology to create tailored career pathways. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational expertise to drive Get Set UK's long-term success. Key Skills & Experience:

Visionary Leadership - Proven ability to lead and deliver transformational change. Strategic & Financial Expertise - Experience in high-level business planning, budgeting, and revenue growth. Project & Change Management - Strong track record of delivering large-scale initiatives, particularly in AI and digital transformation. Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to build and manage key partnerships across public, private, and third-sector organisations. Employer Engagement & Sales Growth - Experience in developing employer networks and launching subscription-based services. People Leadership & Team Development - Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Thought Leadership - Expertise in public speaking, publishing, and shaping industry conversations. Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in senior leadership roles, particularly in employment services, education, or career development. Proficiency in data analytics, CRM systems, and AI-driven career solutions (desirable). Our values:
