We are on the lookout for a Head of Inclusive Careers to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of career services. You will drive the integration of recent acquisition, Talentino, oversee the AI Careers Platform, and develop new market opportunities that expand our impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is at the forefront of transforming careers, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing long-term organisational sustainability.
This is a remote role covering a national remit and therefore successful candidates will need to be flexible to travel nationwide when required.

Strategic Leadership & Growth:
Lead integration of Talentino - Ensure full operational and strategic alignment by 2025/26. Launch & scale the AI Careers Platform - Drive market introduction and future evolution. Expand market opportunities - Develop subscription models and local authority career services. Ensure financial excellence - Oversee sales, margins, and EBITDA to support long-term sustainability. Drive external thought leadership - Represent Get Set UK through public speaking, publishing, and strategic partnerships. Operational Excellence & Innovation:
Develop inclusive career strategies - Align services with changing industry trends and needs. Oversee performance metrics - Manage quality, compliance, and sales KPIs to meet organisational targets. Strengthen employer engagement - Build and maintain relationships with partners, training providers, and policymakers. Champion workforce development - Expand and empower a high-performing team that drives impact. Transforming Community Impact:
