I am currently partnered with a UK-based law firm that has created a new position as the Head of Innovation & Transformation. This is a hybrid role based out of their London, Leeds, or Birmingham office, requiring onsite attendance 2 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £100K; however, there may be flexibility.
Requirements
Must have strong experience and a detailed understanding of opportunities and challenges of innovation delivery in the legal sector. Must have strong leadership and project delivery abilities focused on business changes supported by AI/Tech. Proven experience with operations, tech implementation, and process improvement in the legal field. Responsibilities
Reviewing and articulating how the firm can benefit from opportunities provided by new legal technologies, as well as how they can be coupled with existing technology. Accountable for the identification and delivery of new lines of revenue generation via implemented changes. Create an Innovation roadmap. Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends in technology and innovation in the legal space.
