Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic team, championing the importance of research across the board.
Work closely with Account Directors to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Manage client relationships, bringing expert knowledge to pitches and proposals.
Ensure the right people are in the right positions and help them develop.
Oversee the systems and processes that drive the agency forward.
Explore new tools and methods to keep the team ahead of the curve.
Manage a generous budget for training, software, and hardware.
Qualifications:
Proven career track record in research management with extensive agency experience.
Experience in sectors like retail, hospitality, FMCG, and more.
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research.
Ability to confidently present findings to clients.
Ambitious, articulate, and confident personality.
Creative mindset that encourages growth and innovation.
