This is your opportunity to truly make an impact – not only within the agency but across the industry. As the Head of Research & Insights, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic team, championing the importance of research across the board. You’ll work closely with Account Directors to ensure targets are not just met but exceeded. You’ll also take charge of client relationships, bringing your expert knowledge to pitches and proposals that wow. Managing and growing the team is at the core of this role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the right positions, helping them develop, and growing the insights function. As a natural leader, you’ll invest your time and energy into your people, making sure they have the training and support they need to succeed. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also oversee the systems and processes that drive the agency forward. You’ll explore new tools and methods to keep the team ahead of the curve. And with a generous budget at your disposal, you’ll ensure the team has everything they need to excel, from training and software to the latest hardware. With a proven career track record in research management, including extensive agency experience, you know the ins and outs of sectors like retail, hospitality, FMCG, and more. You’re a pro at both qualitative and quantitative research and can confidently present your findings to clients. Your personality shines through in everything you do. You’re ambitious, articulate, and confident – not afraid to engage in a lively debate with senior stakeholders. You embrace creativity and encourage your team to do the same, making decisions that inspire growth and innovation.
