This exciting role gives a unique opportunity to work with expert clinical and operational teams within North Bristol Trust, as well as within our Transfer of Care Hub and at a wider System level, to ensure we deliver effective, safe, and excellent care to our patients. The post holder will have recent expert knowledge of leading large teams, in either acute or community settings and have a proven track record of delivering meaningful and sustained change. The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to build successful teams whilst supporting, influencing, and motivating staff to deliver challenging targets through times of change. The post holder is expected to provide proactive and visible leadership across the discharge services and we are looking for someone who is ambitious, focused, and passionate about patient care, shaping the challenge and opportunities within the current NHS. This role will require participation in the on-call rota which includes weekends and bank holidays as required.

2-years senior experience at an 8A or above in a healthcare setting. At least 4-years experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable
2-years working in acute hospitals at a senior level of 8A or above. Experience of working in an operational role within an acute hospital.

Masters level degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Desirable
Working towards a masters-level qualification in a related field. Working understanding of the challenges related to flow and discharge within and from hospitals.
