The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our ERP system, ensuring the security and integrity of our data, and driving innovation and efficiencies across multiple IT disciplines. The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams, suppliers, and IT procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior management role, with a proven understanding of Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful implementation of our ERP system or best-of-breed solutions for medium to large-scale organisations. Ensure the security and integrity of our data by interpreting current IT strategy, leading all aspects of cyber security, and implementing robust measures to mitigate risks. Drive innovation and efficiencies across multiple IT disciplines, working closely with the programme team to ensure smooth delivery of the IT transformation programme. Manage an IT team of eight colleagues, providing exceptional IT services to the wider organisation. Requirements:

Significant experience leading the successful implementation of an ERP system or best-of-breed solutions for medium to large-scale organisations. Proven understanding of cyber security concepts, accreditations, and trends. Experience managing suppliers, IT procurement, and the implementation of new systems. Experience in a senior management role, with demonstrable experience across multiple IT disciplines. Excellent understanding of Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune). Significant experience of managing an IT team. Benefits:
