Your responsibilities will include: Managing IT support processes to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and queries. Implementing and maintaining secure, efficient remote working solutions, minimizing downtime while maximizing productivity. Regularly reviewing and enhancing IT systems to align with evolving business requirements. Conducting audits and assessments of IT infrastructure and practices to identify and address areas for improvement. Leading, coaching, and motivating your IT team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: Expertise in IT Infrastructure

– Including servers, storage, and network systems. Proven Leadership Experience

– A history of managing and developing teams with a focus on performance and growth. Cybersecurity Expertise

– A strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and protocols to safeguard our systems.
