About the Job:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of IT Operations to join our team at Head Resourcing Ltd in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT function into its future state, interpreting the current IT strategy, and ensuring smooth delivery of the IT transformation programme. The role requires an accomplished IT Manager and Leader with a background in IT Applications, an understanding of Security, Cloud computing, and strong Microsoft Application understanding (ideally including Microsoft O365, Dynamics and Azure) combined with the ability to manage a service desk operation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting the delivery of successful ERP or CRM implementations, proven understanding of cyber security concepts, and excellent understanding of Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune). They will also have experience managing small IT Services Desk and IT Engineering teams. Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
