Lead the Strategy & Roadmap for IT Operations - create a 5-to-10-year Strategy & Roadmap. Lead the Gap Analysis & ‘To Be’ Model for IT Operations & Service. Lead IT Operations Management (ITOM). Support the transition to support RISE on SAP S/4 HANA. Successfully deliver the transition of RISE - SAP S/4 HANA into support - managing & optimising SAP Services in BAU. BAU Service - fully support the priorities & productivity of the business. Design of BAU Operating Models & Service Transition. Deployment of an International IT Operations Model. Accountability for the delivery of the IT Operations Budget. Lead IT Operation Teams - Service Desk / Field Engineering / Technical Support / Subject Matter Experts / SAP BASIS & GRC. ITIL Framework - establish an ITIL Framework - improve ways of working, governance & best practices etc. Third Parties - Contract & IT Supplier Management for BAU Services. Ensure effective support for Head Office & VIP community. Member of the Senior Leadership Team. Skills Experience Required:
IT Operations -10+ years’ experience. Held a ‘Head Of’ position or an equivalent level - ideally 5+ plus years’ experience. SAP S/4 Hana or SAP ECC environment experience - overseeing transition & support services. Strategy & Roadmaps - IT Operations & Service Management - developing medium-long term Strategy & Roadmaps - Gap Analysis of current state & lead the ‘To Be’ Model to delivery. Designing new Operating Models to support service introduction & transition. Transitioning reactive IT Operation Model into proactive models - extensive experience. ITIL Framework - strong understanding of key ITIL processes - establishing the measures/benchmarks for the function, maturing & continuously improving the Operating Model in accordance with best practice. Third Party Supplier Management & Engagement - Contracts & IT Services aligned to business requirements & SLAs. Budget - managed a departmental IT budget - annual cycles of forecasting & periodic re-forecasting - management of IT BAU contracts - ideally £10m plus. Designing & deploying International Operating Models. SAP BASIS & GRC - Track record in supporting these services. Leading teams that support SAP S/4 HANA. Leadership - extensive experience of leading IT Operational teams. SOX - ideally have worked in a SOX environment - SOX Controls Framework experience - highly beneficial. Ability to deliver well thought through & quality plans - then deliver them effectively. Proactive Approach - must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude. Gravitas & Maturity to build and establish relationships at all levels.
