Head of IT Service Delivery
to lead our IT function in Edinburgh. This is an interim role requiring exceptional leadership and technical expertise in IT applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, cloud computing, and Microsoft environments. They will also have experience in managing service desk operations, driving innovation and efficiencies, and providing exceptional IT services. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the IT function, ensuring seamless delivery of the IT transformation programme Manage eight IT colleagues, the wider transformation team, and provide exceptional IT services Drive innovation and efficiencies, leveraging Microsoft environments and IT best practices Oversee supplier management, IT procurement, and new system implementation Requirements:
Minimum 1 day per week on-site in Edinburgh Engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company Previous experience with ERP or CRM implementations, ideally including MS Dynamics in complex organisations Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, accreditations, and trends Experience managing small IT Services Desk and IT Engineering teams Excellent understanding of Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune) Remuneration Package:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits.
