Set a clear vision for Learning & Development and devise pathways to achieve it Ensure learning is central to strategic planning and resource management Lead and promote innovative training, learning, and assessment practices Spearhead quality assurance initiatives Stay current with latest research and evidence-based pedagogy Promote a research-based approach to Training & Learning Deliver quarterly Teaching & Learning newsletter/blog Contribute to CPD and Inset programmes Collaborate with Digital Strategy Lead on software implementation Ideal Candidate
