THE COMPANY

A long-standing and iconic British venue with a diverse array of clients and projects, specializing in delivering a spectrum of events—both expansive and intimate, in-person and virtual. Leveraging profound technical knowledge, they elevate client experiences and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible from the initial planning stage, right through to the event delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assiting on the set-up & operation of events from a technical standpoint
  • Leading on production of rigging, staging & event power
  • Creating, reviewing & advising on CAD plans for events
  • Working with Project Managers to plan crew & logistics
  • Creating detailed pre and post event production schedules and documentation
  • Troubleshoot problems on the event day
  • Producing Health & Safety plans & risk assessments
  • Overseeing the on-site rig & de-rig of installations

THE CANDIDATE

The preferred candidate will have a background in technical operations & CAD planning within a venue, experience within festivals / other greenfield site events.
