Are you a logistics professional with a passion for driving efficiency in complex supply chains? Join a dynamic automotive aftermarket parts business that's scaling fast, with a global customer base and a reputation for innovation.

Established in 1996, this family-run company has grown into an international supplier, distributing high-quality automotive parts to over 80 countries. With ambitious plans to enhance their e-commerce capabilities and optimise their operations, they're now seeking a Head of Logistics to lead their supply chain transformation.

The Role: As Head of Logistics, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain in a high-growth environment. You'll be instrumental in scaling operations while ensuring seamless delivery to customers across the globe. Key responsibilities include:

Supply Chain Leadership:

Oversee multi-language, multi-currency operations with 7,000 SKUs in stock and 70,000 online. Warehouse Optimisation:

Lead the enhancement of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and readiness for growth. E-Commerce Integration:

Support the rollout of a new e-commerce platform in 2024, leveraging data to streamline order fulfillment. Global Logistics:

Manage international shipments and develop solutions for order-on-request operations, currently representing over 50% of sales. Vendor Management:

Build strong supplier relationships, optimising inventory and minimising unnecessary stock transfers.

What We're Looking For: A background in the automotive aftermarket or a similar parts-focused industry. Proven experience in scaling supply chain operations within an international context. Expertise in warehouse setup and management. Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience integrating logistics and e-commerce platforms. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments.

What's On Offer: A competitive salary of £75,000 plus a company car. A chance to shape the future of logistics in a growing, innovative business. A role that blends tradition and innovation, with a commitment to delivering excellence to customers worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a business that's on the rise. If you have the experience, ambition, and expertise to take their logistics operations to the next level, we want to hear from you.
