This is a unique opportunity to lead multi-warehouse operations, drive international shipping efficiency, and scale logistics processes to support ambitious e-commerce growth plans. Key Responsibilities for the Head of Logistics - Lead and align warehouse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement international shipping processes, including DDP Incoterms. Navigate VAT and customs complexities for UK-EU and global trade compliance. Build and train a high-performing logistics team to support daily operations. Collaborate with e-commerce and finance teams to create seamless customer experiences. Design and optimise a supply chain framework to support scalability. Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Experience and Qualifications required for the Head of Logistics - Proven leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Deep expertise in international shipping, particularly DDP Incoterms. Strong knowledge of VAT and customs regulations for UK-EU trade. Experience designing and managing complex supply chains. Familiarity with integrating logistics into e-commerce platforms. A process-driven mindset with a track record of operational efficiency improvements. Exceptional team-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
