Camino Search is partnering with a Private Equity backed business based in the UK who are about to embark on a buy & build strategy.
The role will be heavily focused on relationship building, business development, and origination whilst supporting the Exec team with the execution of transactions. Target acquisitions are ranging between £1-5m of EBITDA.
This role will be well suited to an origination and business development focused M&A professional.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for acquisition opportunities, representing the company with professionalism. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals within the UK insurance market. Collaborate closely with the CEO, board, and internal teams to evaluate and progress deals. Establish and manage a robust list of acquisition targets. Represent the company credibly and foster industry trust. Drive deals in the £0.5m - £5m EBITDA range. Qualifications:
Experience of working in a BD / Origination focused M&A role. Track record of engaging with businesses and building relationships for M&A. Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence levels with high-level stakeholders. Strong analytical & modeling skills. Strong research skillset and track record. Seniority Level:
