Your team will be responsible for overseeing the entire pipeline for machine learning model development and deployment, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the business. You will also play a key role in shaping the direction of the company, providing valuable input into important decisions. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and guide the machine learning team through the full lifecycle of model development, from conception to deployment. Collaborate closely with senior management to help define and execute the company’s strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Offer mentorship and guidance to the team, promoting innovation and personal development. Contribute to the growth of the organisation through thoughtful decision-making and strategic input. Required Skills and Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior or management roles. Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups, with the ability to navigate fast-paced and changing environments. A solid background in engineering or data engineering, with proficiency in Python and relevant libraries. Kubernetes and Dagster exposure. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as DataBricks.
