Head of Maintenance
to join the team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the residence. Part of one of the UK's leading luxury care groups, the home endeavours to offer its residents an exceptional experience across the board. Regular upkeep and updates help maintain a first-class living environment that cleverly balances comfort, accessibility, safety, and attractiveness. As Head of Maintenance, you can expect plenty of variety. You'll lead the team in carrying out all kinds of general maintenance and repairs within the care home building itself as well as in the gardens and grounds, from fixing leaky taps one minute to planting new flower beds the next. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team, supporting budget planning, and liaising with external contractors for jobs that fall outside your team's expertise.
