As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the upkeep of our venues, assisting with event setup and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and wedding couples. If you have a can-do attitude, hands-on skills, and a passion for beautiful spaces, this role could be perfect for you! Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance : Perform daily checks to ensure the smooth operation of the building, grounds, and equipment. Guest & Venue Support : Support the housekeeping, bar, and events teams in setting up rooms and moving furniture for weddings and other events. Venue Safety : Enhance guest safety by placing signage for wet floors, fresh paint, or other maintenance needs. Upkeep of Public Spaces : Keep public areas tidy and well-maintained, contributing to the venue’s elegant atmosphere. Repairs & Upkeep : Perform general maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, painting, decorating, and other DIY tasks as needed. Facility Checks : Conduct regular checks on gas and kerosene levels, drains, bio units, and bins to ensure efficient operation. Hot Tub Maintenance : Clean and maintain hot tubs, ensuring a pristine experience for guests. About You:

Practical Skills : You have general DIY and maintenance skills, with experience in basic repairs and upkeep. Physically Fit : Comfortable moving furniture and handling larger items as part of setup and takedown for events. Attentive & Proactive : You’re detail-oriented, with good listening skills to understand the needs of guests and coworkers. Strong Communicator : Clear and effective in your communication with both team members and guests.
