I'm currently looking for a Head of Managing & Sustaining Tenancies to join a Housing Association in South Wales. This is a 6-month FTC with the possibility to go permanent after. £70,196 Location:
South Wales Responsibilities:
Oversee all housing management services, including planning, controlling, and deploying financial, staffing, and physical resources. Lead and manage the operational team with a strong emphasis on occupancy, customer satisfaction, and property standards. Design, develop, and implement tenant sustainability strategy that defines the business' approach to reducing negative tenancy turnover. Oversee a portfolio of 10,000 properties. Benefits:

Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline or with a relevant professional qualification CIHCM.
