The Opportunity
As the Head of Manufacturing E/E Systems, you will lead the system definition and implementation for vehicle software download, diagnosis, test and issue reporting and resolution with our technology partner. You will be heavily involved in the Manufacturing E/E programme delivery and reporting to cost, time and quality. What you'll do
Leading and managing a team of manufacturing E/E engineers to review designs and challenge and validate process implementation proposals from our contract manufacturing and technology partners to find optimum solutions in terms of CAPEX and OPEX Collaborating across the organisation to define robust manufacturing E/E processes compatible with product requirements and business plan targets Ensuring required E/E data and information is available to our contract manufacturing partner to enable on-time programme delivery Representing the Manufacturing function in senior E/E Engineering reviews Be the senior point of contact for Manufacturing E/E process within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing partner Leading the resolution of manufacturing-related E/E issues within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing and technology partners Managing the delivery against agreed KPIs and provide report outs in accordance with defined business governance Reviewing and approving relevant deliverables from our contract manufacturing partner Who are you
Experience in Automotive E/E systems validation and implementation in the Manufacturing environment Experienced in defining E/E manufacturing strategy and successfully leading the implementation of efficient processes and operation for high volume automotive production within ambitious financial targets Structured and organized approach and methodology with track record of product validation and problem management Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience of interacting with Programme and Engineering teams to ensure robust product launch Flexibility of travelling across the EU Create and foster a culture which encourages collaboration and fast paced delivery across the FORSEVEN and partner organisations About us and our culture…
