Salary: £70k + up to 10% bonus, pension, 34 days holiday

Our client is an internationally renowned, family-owned business seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead their manufacturing and warehouse site. The purpose of this role is to ensure all manufacturing and warehouse operations perform effectively and continually strive to improve.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of around 35, with scope for this to double in the next 18-24 months Managing the manufacturing, warehouse, production planning, logistics planning, and maintenance operations Implementing best manufacturing practices Delivering all manufacturing SPQDC KPI’s Fostering a team-first culture with high morale and performance Ensuring highly skilled teams are in place through talent planning/training Health & Safety (H&S) Establishing a quality right-first-time culture and processes within manufacturing Leading manufacturing through a planned site expansion project Ensuring inventory and warehouse are effectively managed Developing and delivering the site’s Annual Operating budget
Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar senior position, leading teams, and people development Ability to manage teams of around 60 H&S & QMS experience Experience of implementing site improvement plans Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques Managing change projects Continuous Improvement (CI) Budget Management Supply & Demand planning Multisite (inter-company) warehouse & supply chain experience within a global company
This role is paying a salary of around £70k + up to 10% bonus, with 33-34 days holiday & pension.
