Role Overview
As the Interim Head of Marketing, you will own and implement the marketing plan, focusing on lead generation, product marketing, and revenue growth. Strong digital skills and experience in enhancing UX and customer touch points are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and sales teams.
- Enhance the UX of customer-facing materials.
- Generate leads to achieve growth targets.
- Support new product development and launches.
- Grow brand equity and market share.
- Use marketing technology for integrated campaigns.
- Manage all marketing channels and deliver results within budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Background in Manufacturing/FMCG
- CIM Professional Diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
- Strong product marketing and creative skills.
- Experience with marketing technology and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
