We're currently supporting a care home provider with 40+ Homes, who are seeking a Head of Marketing and Business Development. The group maintains high occupancy levels, great CQC ratings and is currently expanding.

Key Responsibilities for a Head of Marketing & Business Development:

Develop and spearhead the execution of a strategic marketing plan aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving sustainable growth. Promote the organization's brands across digital and traditional channels to boost occupancy rates and maximize revenue opportunities. Evaluate and optimize marketing efforts by analysing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics. Foster and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier creative and marketing outputs. Work closely with the Design Team to create compelling and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, posters, and leaflets, tailored to target audiences. Conduct in-depth market research to gather actionable insights on customer preferences, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for brand differentiation. Head of Marketing & Business Development Requirements:

B2B marketing expertise within the care industry, including deep understanding of its stakeholders and dynamics. Proven track record of strategizing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Advanced proficiency in digital marketing, including expertise in SEO, PPC, and leveraging Google tools for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on producing engaging content. Comprehensive experience in budget management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Benefits:

Salary up to £60,000 Discretionary bonuses. Travel allowance Hybrid role Supportive and expanding provider.
