Job Description As the Head of Marketing, you will have the following responsibilities: Drive marketing activity to achieve the strategic aims of the business Lead on brand reputation Email marketing and lead generation Content and copy production Collaboration with the sales team to drive business forward Manage one team member The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following experience / skills: Demonstrable experience in a well-rounded role Exceptional communication skills - especially written, with the ability to create compelling copy Lead generation experience The drive and ambition to be part of a truly exceptional growing business What's on Offer The successful Head of Marketing will receive: £45,000 per annum, plus profit share and results-focused bonus 21 days annual leave, plus the chance to be rewarded with extra time off BUPA (after probation) Pension - 4% matched Flexi-working - Brighton based
