We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our European marketing team on a 10-month FTC. You will lead the marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland, and France, driving brand awareness, engagement, and market share growth. About Yoto Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. Yoto’s Marketing and Creative Team We’re a global team looking after brand and product marketing, acquisition and retention marketing, communications and creative, with multi-disciplinary marketing teams in key regions – the USA, UK and France. We work closely with teams across the business, particularly our friends in the commercial, product, tech and content teams. The European Marketing team is focused on increasing awareness and consideration of our brand and products, while collaborating closely with the commercial team to achieve strong, profitable growth. What you’ll be doing: Own the UK, Ireland and France marketing plans including budgets, aligning with overall business objectives. Support planning for new market expansion. Build and maintain a consistent brand presence and voice across all markets. Create and oversee engaging marketing campaigns that increase awareness and consideration among our target audience. Work with in-house team and external agencies to plan and execute effective paid media strategies across multiple channels. Manage internal and external PR resource across key markets. Development and localisation of the Yoto brand with support from internal brand team and external agency. Develop and maintain partnerships with brands and other organisations. Partner with the commercial team to align marketing initiatives with commercial targets. Work with the retention marketing team to develop ongoing customer communications to drive active rates and LTV. Measure campaign performance, report on ROI, and optimize initiatives based on insights. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across the region. Be the voice of the region, ensuring updates are effectively communicated internally. What you’ll bring: Fluent in French and English. Proven track record in a senior marketing role, with experience working across multiple European markets. Demonstrable success in creating and executing campaigns that drive brand growth and profitability. Experience in a commercial environment, with strong collaboration across marketing and commercial teams. Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Expertise in planning and managing digital and traditional paid marketing channels. Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a fast-paced scaleup environment. Nice to haves: Spanish and other European languages. Experience working with global entertainment rights holders. Experience working in the family/kids space. Salary:

£75,000 - £85,000 based on experience, pro-rated. What you can expect from Yoto: Flexibility:

Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once a week. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August. Financial:
