Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles in events and digital is essential. Prior experience in developing and launching membership products is preferable. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools or similar, such as Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics, are desirable. Experience in managing and leading teams across a matrix organisation. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives.
