We’re working on behalf of a forward-thinking retailer that’s looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team across B2B and B2C markets. As a Head of Marketing, you will have full ownership of the marketing strategy across both online and in-store. You will guide a wide variety of marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and online branding to in-store and POS activations. You will: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the brand across online and in-store channels. Lead the marketing team to deliver campaigns across digital, social, and in-store. Own and oversee the marketing budget while ensuring a strong ROI. Collaborate with leadership across the business to ensure smooth activation of marketing initiatives. Design and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive brand recognition. Track and analyse market trends and customer behaviour. You'll have: Proven experience in a senior marketing role. Leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring a strong team. An understanding of retail marketing and in-store experience. Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to use insights to drive growth. A track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaign management.
