As the Head of Marketing at SykCell, you will drive our marketing strategy, shape our brand, and execute multi-channel campaigns to position us as a leader in medtech. Here's what you'll do:

Develop the marketing strategy to support the company's overall objectives, especially our sales activities. Oversee its seamless execution with the marketing team and monitor the performance with ambitious KPIs. Develop brand positioning, messaging and communications strategy across the different product lines to establish SkyCell as a thought leader in medtech and emphasize our value propositions. Develop and oversee the roll-out of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel launch plans. Enable sales growth by designing and implementing demand generation strategies using a mix of digital, content marketing, events, social media, email, and offline channels. Define, implement, and track marketing activities to support account penetration and ensure the company's unique "voice". Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including white papers, events, webinars, case studies, and videos, targeting diverse audience segments. Lead market research efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. Manage and coordinate an international marketing team, support, train, coach, and empower team members. Foster a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization in sales, product, engineering. Own the marketing and external communications budget. Requirements

Masters Degree or similar in Business / Marketing management with an excellent track record. Min. of 3 years experience as Head of Marketing or similar role within a global B2B SaaS company, ideally also developing hardware products. Successful track record of launching and promoting both hardware and software products. Deep understanding of B2B marketing channels, including digital, content and demand generation. Experience with sales and marketing tools (CRM, CMS, automation & analytics tools etc.). Strategic and analytical thinker with proven experience contributing to B2B sales and marketing campaigns. Solid leadership experience incl. successful management of a team of 5-10 people. Outstanding storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal, primarily in English). Proactive, open, and direct communicator who engages comfortably and credibly in- and outside of the organization. Experienced in external party management such as PR agencies and marketing agencies incl. negotiation of contracts. Strong entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented mindset and a proven track record of turning ideas into reality. Benefits
