Have a look at these videos to give an insight into who we are: As Head of Marketing you'll lead the Manchester City Centre portfolio within the Bruntwood SciTech Marketing team, which consists of a mixed workspace product stack across life science, tech and conventional office spaces. The role will be integral in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and commercial objectives within this region, marketing our assets across integrated campaigns. The team: You’ll join three other Heads of Marketing who are responsible for other regions/functional areas across the Bruntwood SciTech portfolio, all reporting into our Marketing Director and will be based at our Union office right in the heart of Manchester. You’ll manage a team of two marketing professionals across digital, content, and brand to support campaigns, as well as in-house design, PR, Comms, and events teams. previous property-based marketing experience

managing internal stakeholders

across various disciplines; commercial, marketing, and events specifically but also at senior leadership level. Managing external suppliers such as videographers, photographers, and agencies. Experience of

full campaign management

across strategy, delivery, planning, development, reporting, and analysis. Previous experience of budget management and demonstrating ROI. Experience of managing digital marketing channels, producing offline marketing literature, and briefing creative asset requirements. What you’ll be doing: Work closely alongside senior stakeholders within the Bruntwood SciTech teams, namely the Head of Commercial for MCC and the Marketing Director to deliver integrated marketing plans to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Lead the budget setting and management of the marketing budget for your region, using commercial targets, development pipelines, and business objectives to focus the planning process. Deliver product and customer-focused campaigns to grow and enhance the Bruntwood SciTech proposition within the market. Work closely with the wider regional Marketing teams to share best practices, knowledge, and development progress. Manage external agencies, ensuring they deliver campaigns, pre-agreed KPIs, and we receive efficient, high-quality service. Work closely with our internal content and communication teams to develop the appropriate narrative and messaging for your portfolio - in line with our brand proposition. Monitor competitor activity and analyze trends to share with the wider team and to maintain competitive advantage. Review the performance of your team’s integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing their impact on commercial targets and make improvements for future campaigns. Develop overarching brand propositions for buildings, wider development schemes, and the MCC portfolio as a whole, in line with the agreed Bruntwood SciTech brand architecture. Liaise with the Head of Brand & External Comms on the PR and Comms plans across your portfolio, working closely with our agencies to seed out news and updates at relevant, timely intervals. Manage the team and work closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Exec to create, develop, and ensure the effective delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns (including digital) to support the achievement of sales and lettings plan targets.
