Job Description: We are looking for a Head of Marketing, who will be in a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving a performance-led marketing strategy across the UK and Irish market. Key responsibilities: As the Head of Marketing for our web hosting and software business in the UK and Ireland, your role is pivotal in driving performance-led marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention within a recurring revenue services model. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with measurable objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and define target markets. Align marketing activity with business growth objectives, ensuring optimal ROI. Brand Management & Campaigns: Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all channels. Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns. Generate leads and enhance visibility in key markets globally. Digital Marketing: Manage digital efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising. Use analytics to refine digital marketing strategies and improve performance. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration. Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth. Collaboration & Insights: Partner with sales, product development, and external agencies to align strategies. Leverage data insights to inform marketing strategies and present key metrics to leadership. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize resource efficiency and ROI. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in delivering successful campaigns with engaging communications. Broader commercial experience within digital marketing. Excellent communication skills are required in order to clearly communicate verbally and in written form to a wide variety of audiences. Experience in email marketing excellence. Demonstrated business development experience with past successes. Analytical skills to read and interpret relevant data to understand performance, and make recommendations and forecasts. Project management experience and ability to create strategies, agree on objectives, define key results, devise plans, deliver to timelines and report on performance. Key Competencies: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership position, preferably in the domain name or brand protection industry. Expertise in performance-led strategies, digital marketing, and brand management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven mindset . Working hours: Normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. You will be given complete training from Monday- Thursday in our Worcester office. Right to work: At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
