Location: Pittsburgh Road, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8DY Salary: £64,887 per year Contract Type: Permanent Position Type: Full Time Hours: 35 hours per week Work From Home: Hybrid We are seeking a strategic, creative, dynamic and visionary professional to join our team and lead in providing strategic leadership of the colleges marketing, recruitment, admissions and communication activity to position the College effectively for sustainable growth. The Role Reporting directly to the Assistant Principal - Improvement, Insight & Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth in student enrolment numbers. Key responsibilities include: · Strategic Leadership: Oversee and lead innovative initiatives to enhance the college’s brand presence and attract students locally and beyond; · Recruitment Growth: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to drive enrolment growth across Fife and beyond; · Marketing & Brand Management: Strengthen brand awareness through impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives, using both digital and traditional platforms; · Effective Communication: Design and implement strategies to engage prospective students and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels; · Data-Driven Improvement: Establish, monitor, and analyse KPIs to foster continuous improvement and ensure measurable success. Qualifications and Experience - what we’re looking for: · Educated to degree level in a business-related discipline in Marketing or Communications or with demonstrable relevant professional experience at SCQF level 9 or above. · Proven experience of planning, developing and delivering a marketing/recruitment/admissions/communication/PR strategy to support strategic ambitions. · Brand management experience along with knowledge and experience of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns · Proven experience in recognising areas for improvement and planning for excellence. · Experience in setting and managing complex budgets effectively.
